that it wasn't the best of foods. Like I said she eats everything anyway
:Spinach is not very good for your Ig. It contains high levels of Oxalic Acid, which although doesn't remove calcium from your Ig, they bind up the calcium so the Ig can't absorb it from the food.
:I guess a little every now and then won't hurt if you really must give him spinach, but not as a daily food source.
