:You don't see it very often (caught by a quick shutter on accident here) but it is inside their eyelid. Slee uses it a lot while eating since he is so messy and likely to poke himself in the eye! (I think it can help clear stuff out of the eyes and protect them to some extent...at least logic would dictate such a purpose I suppose)
