It sounds just like a very good salad and you are very lucky she likes all those healthy things. My igs are picky eaters all of them and I have to make at least 4 different salads every day to content all my 5 picky eaters!!Thanks God I dont have to hand feed them!!!
Flavia

PS My igs dont like fruits either. They only like papaya but I dont like to give them too much papaya because of the...colateral effects!!

i Everyone!

:My 'picky eater' isn't picky anymore! Myka will eat just about anything I offer her now. Not a lot of it, but she isn't stuck on just one or two food items anymore. She still isn't eating on her own, but I haven't tried to get her away from handfeeding yet. This is changing though, starting tomorrow! I just spent 4 hours making up salads for the next 4 days. It wasn't until AFTER I was finished that I realized that I could have used a food processor to cut everything up little! Here is what I put in each salad:

:20 grams collard greens
:15 grams fresh picked turnip greens
:10 grams fresh picked dandelion greens
:5 grams fresh picked mature alfalfa

:40 grams butternut squash
:40 grams fresh picked green/yellow beans
:30 grams fresh picked snap peas
:20 grams acorn squash
:20 grams green pepper
:20 grams fresh picked carrot
:20 grams zucchini

:10 grams papaya
:10 grams blueberries

:
:It doesn't sound like I have very much greens in there, but it looks like a lot. Should I have more greens and less vegetables? Myka doesn't eat this all, and hardly touches the fruit (I just think it makes the salad look better!). She will eat all the greens I feed her, and most of the vegetables though.

:Does this sound like a good diet to you? Thanks for your help! Wendy :)
