..you can adopt the iguana yourself. She/he obviously cares very little for the poor guy. This is animal abuse. You can do something about it. If you can't take him, find someone who can and will. This person does obviously doesn't understand the effort needed to provide care for a reptile. I would go to great lengths to get the iguana to better care. Good luck. -K
