The iguana is nice because it is weak (too weak to fight). She sounds like the kind of person who will never take proper care of this animal (you can tell by how bad /neglected the ig is). It would be one thing if she kept the ig very clean but was uneducated about diet and UV. The fact that there is dirty water and an unclean cage says a lot. Anyone would know this is no way to treat an animal. If there is any way to get that ig away from her, I would.
