Yes do call and complain...it is atrocious that they are giving away any live animals.

You need one of these 3 bulbs:
1. Zoomed 5.0 Iguana light(UV tube light) $20 online (lasts 6mos)
2. Zoomed Powersun bulb (heat and UV) $50+ online (lasts 1 year)
3. T-Rex Acive UV (heat and UV) $50+ online (lasts 1 year)

(if you get the first you need a separate heat bulb (regular high wattage household bulb will do). You need a thermometer to check temps. Don't burn your reptarium with these lights-- you'll need to rig something to hang the lights from (careful of fire hazards). This reptarium won't last too long so get ready to build yourself a nice cage that will last.
