After spending an hour a day. How long did it take your iggy to trust you? I never seem to be winning. Or either that the process is really slow. I give it the nicest greens...does it not know that I won't eat him. Sometimes after he cools down, lizard seems to be ok, but after awhile, he thinks I am not looking and tries to take off!! Help!! :)

:No you don't beat your lizard. All you will end up with is an aggressive lizard that is afraid of you. Talk about something dangerous! Sometimes it takes a while to win their trust. As far as the rolling he is trying to get away from you. I would just hold on to him firmly, not too tight until he stops it. As soon as he settles down THEN you let up on your hold. this lets him know it won't work. I spend at least an hour a day with mine. And Zok doesn't really play with anything unless you count my head and his neverending quest to get on top of it! I think he thinks that playing and that sort of thing is beneath his dignity.
