Heather gave a nice essentials list. And check out the links given below as well.
Pick one of these good UV lights: Zoomed 5.0 iguana light, Zoomed Powersun, or T-rex Active UV. The first is a tube light so you need aditional heat lights. The 2nd two are all in one. Getting them online is cheaper. Herpsupplies.com is a great company--very helpful and reasonable. Natural UV from the sun is always the best, but NEVER put an aquarium outside or near a window (you'll cook your animal). You need the UV for calcium absorbtion (along with the calcium rich veggies mentioned above).
