Ok, listen to me. Should have explained it more but I didn't have the time. I have owned Iguanas before, I KNOW they can get to 6 feet if not a little bigger. I know they can be dangerous during mating and I have experianced several scratched up arms and my legs and once, the side of my head have been target practice many times for that tail!! ROFL. I tell ya, a 4 foot long tail smacking you upside the head smarts a little bit. Basically, I havn't had Iggys in a long time and I was brushing up in a "quick" way to make sure I didn't forget anything. They will be housed outside when they are old enough. Each in his own chain link fence/enclosure that I will build when it's time. 9 Feet long, 7 feet wide and 6 feet high (each enclosure) with climbing branches, shade and suned areas and of course shelter should bad weather approach. It doesn't get cold here, rarely, since I am in Florida.
So, thank you for the crash course, however don't judge before you get to know me. I'll be picking up Hagrid and Fang in a week.
