Live plants for "grazing"???

Hi,
I am thinking about a live plant or two to supplement Boris' diet and give him the experience of grazing. Have heard that hibiscus flowers are good. What about the leaves? Any other or better ideas? I know that whatever I get, he will eventually trash and I will need to get another, but...what do you all think? By the way, I live on a couple of acres, and he has really been enjoying the blackberries this year, which have been abundant. Thanks for your ideas. Duffy
