Zachary...you really should have Eldon seen by a vet...also would help if you describe black patch a little more...if its pitted or smooth, flat could be a fungal infection ..caused by several factors (I use tolfanate/tinactin foot powder on those) ..if there's any amount of drainage or swelling usually a bacterial infection caused by many factor inc. pyroderma (infection from thermal burn) or unclean habitat which can cause skin discolorations too. Suggest you call vets(doesn't have to be reptile, but that's the best!) in your area..describe the problem & see what they reccommend. If its bacterial..and left untreated can kill your ig. Good luck and let us know how Eldon's doin
