Gwaners the Little Green Pooping Machine(help)

Hello, Gwaners has done it again. My roomate and I were sitting on the futon enjoying a movie. Gwaners decided she wanted to come and hang out with me. She sat on my lap for a bit, then, she sat on my roomate for awhile (he was cozy wrapped up in a blanket). She then sat next to him on the futon, and started to squat. He freaked and picked her up, she had just started to pee. She pee'd on him and his blanket =( Right there next to us =( Then, we turned our backs, and she pooped on the carpet. She had been peeing and pooping in her litter box all week! I dont get it. Luckily I have a high quality, really thick canvas cover on my futon. Its dry clean only, but, I have had to use the washer on it a few times now. She has made countless "donations" on that poor futon, my bed, my carpet. Nothing escapes the wrath of Gwaners poop. I guess it will just take more time. She does really good for like a week, then BAM, poop on the carpet or anywhere. I have gotten really good at cleaning my carpet. Without my Bissel Little Green Machine (carpet cleaner) I wouldnt be able to keep up with Gwaners the Little Green Pooping Machine. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any ideas? Lemme know.
