Dandilion green question ???????

A while back I could have swore someone posted that it is fine to give these to iguanas...If so GREAT!!!!! I have tons of them in my backyard, but I'm not 100% sure there dandilion greens!! Does anyone have a pic or link I could goto to see exactly what they look like? If they are good what is the nutritional value compared to collards, Hoss' green of chose?
