I do about what Iz replied with. Soaking and spraying and gently trying to loosen with my fingers.
Where are you in Chicago if you don't mind me asking. I live near Belmont and Cicero on the Northwest side of the city.
The vet I use is Chicago Exotics on Dempster in Skokie, she is a wonderful reptile and other species vet.
