The photo doesnt do no real justice. from the photo at first glance I would say female due to it small femoralpores and no sure sign of a bulge, plus a small tail base. But looking closer you kind of do see what can be the hemipenes. Like John-Paul said its hard to see in photo...maybe take a few more pictures, take one of the top of its head to see if there are any developing signs of fat depostits on the back of its head.
