I see both points by tmom and john-paul. The photo doesnt do no real justice. from the photo at first glance I would say female due to it small femoralpores and no sure sign of a bulge, plus a small tail base. But looking closer you kind of do see what can be the hemipenes. Like John-Paul said its hard to see in photo...maybe take a few more pictures, take one of the top of its head to see if there are any developing signs of fat depostits on the back of its head.
If it is a male...its not hung very well.
