Ours free roam but,,,,,

we are always there to supervise.Like others have said,,,they can and WILL get into things that they shouldn't.
We live in central Fla with lots of heat and humidity pretty much yr round,,we don't have a/c because ours free roam the house.It's great,but it sure will keep you busy watching them.
