Martin,
I had problems with one of my igs not going to the bathroom for a couple of weeks. She just needed to adjust to her diet and new environment.
First, make sure that her cage has a basking site aroud 90 degrees F. Also, there should a cooler side of the cage, as the ig can get too hot. Temp range down to 76 degrees F.
Make sure your ig has water. Also, check to make sure you are feeding a proper diet (I listed a good site below).
You can try giving you iguana a warm bath. This will sometimes help.
My vet had said that there are some parasites and such that can cause problems. If the problem persists, talk to your vet to see what he suggests.
