Gaining Iguana's trust back...more

Well people, I've ran into a problem. Yesterday It was really nice outside so I put my 7yr old iguana in my backyard tree while I did some yard work. Well, she decided to jump out of the tree and make a run for it. At this time while I'm trying to catch her, my sister while visiting let my dog outside, not realizing what was going on. Well my dog outran me, and grabbed my igi, but quickly let go. I was really suprised on how gentle my dog was in grabbing it, but I wasn't impressed at all. I checked her over and she has no cuts or bruising of any sort. The problem is, she went completly wild on me. Hissing, whipping and trying to bite me. It reminded me when I had her as a yearling. She is a very docile igi, and was always super gentle. Now when I even walk into the reptile room, she'll hiss and try to whip me through her cage.
Needless to say, this is not good. Any suggestions on calming the old girl down? I know it will take time, but if their is anything else I can do to quicken the process, It would be great to know.
