? of prep of Kaplan's iggie salad

Hi everyone!I just have a quick ? on the iguana diet. I've been giving Lewis a basic version of this salad,just the collards,must.grns,summer squash,kale,bananas and mangos. what im curious about is the preparation of green beans,parsnips and sweet potatoes. Should any of these three be cooked first or offered raw? and do they need to be "peeled". I guess i really would just like to hear how everyone here fixes their salads. thanks!
