They eat a small percentage of insects, usually crickets or superworms. They both get iguana veggies & greens daily (plus Daytona *has* to have minced grapes on top otherwise she ignores the salad). Lately, they get superworms (in addition to their salad) only on the weekends, and they get more or less, dependent upon how well they been eating their salad during the week.
