What kind of food your beardies eat??

Depending on the food perhaps I ll try to find a beardie in Kuala Lumpur!!Pleeeeaaassse,dont tell me that they only eat insects!!My dream is to have a lap lizard but I m afraid of crickets!!I used to have a water dragon and I bought some crickets to feed him.The crickets grew very much, they escaped from the terrarium,invaded the house
