Greetings.
I increase the calcium intake with my gravid Iguanas.I use a rather unconventional method,but it seems to work great.During gestation,I crunch up TUMS into a fine powder and add it to their diet.The gravid Iguanas need for calcium is much greater than that of a normal Iguana.I also recommend keeping the level of calcium intake up for a week or so post oviposition.
Climbing(exercise)and sunlight(UV)are also of the upmost importance as mentioned,and also be sure to keep your gravid Iggs well hydrated.

    PS-My Iguanas have been very busy in their mating rituals here lately,hoping for another productive year.....I think,lol.
