Read as much as you can. I'm not good with links but other people on here should be able to list some for you. I think your UVB bulb should be alright but another important thing is that your Ig is warm enough. They need a basking area that is 85-95 degrees. You can buy a sticky thermometer for your cage and set it up near the lights to see how warm it is. Most people use regular incandescant lightbulbs in dome fixtures. If your ig is very small your 20 gal. will be o.k. for a few weeks until you can figure out what to build him. Use newspaper, papertowells or hand towells for substrate. No bark or sand. Diet should be all fresh greens and veggies, mainly Collards or mustard greens, dandylion, escarole, turnip greens....the list goes on. Cut everything up small.
