WEE LITTLE IGUANA IN DISTRESS..HEELLPPP!!!

Hey guys, wutz happenin'? Hey I got some questions regarding a wee little iguana i am about to recieve as part of a rescue project. I am going to pick him up tomorrow, so Im not too sure what kind of shape he is in. All I know is that he is being kept in inadequate conditions such as not having any flourescent lighting. So I went out to petsmart today, and picked up a ESU REPTILE DESERT 7% UVB lightbulb. I was trying to find the iguana sun bulb, but couldnt. SO Im just wondering if this bulb may have too much UVB content, or may not be sufficient for the little guy. I have read up on iguanas(I was in the process of adopting one) so I know a little bit about them, but have had no hands on experience. I did find the article in REPTILES mag which gave a nice illustrated food pyramid, and I have the green iguana manual and YOU GUYS for back up and support :o)!!! Also, I am trying to locate a decent tank for it, cuz as of right now, all I have is a 20 gallon, which I know is not going to get me far. I was just wondering if it is worth putting money out to get a tall REPTARIUM just until I come up with a better solution(such as a custom built home). Any advice would be SO VERY HELPFUL and appreciated.
