You can try crushing the pill (or break open if a capsule), and dissolving the medication in a little bit of pina colada mix. The important thing is that if you are going to give an antibiotic, it is very important to make sure your ig (or dog or person) takes all of the medication--not skipping doses--for the duration prescribed; otherwise the bacteria you are trying to kill may become resistant to your antibiotic.
