Whats with iguanas in Russia!!!

Here we have to pay 100 dollars for a small iguana baby (1-2 months). And from 300 to 500 for an adult one.
So usually only properly educated persons buy them here.
The bad side is lack of special lamps, vitamines and other things for iguanas.
