1) you already taste bad to igs, that's not a deterent ... could be you're scaring Isis, moving too fast??? slow down and pay attention to his (her?) body languange before just grabbing ...

2) clean bite wounds with Betadine 1st and then use antibiotic ointment/cream

3) CALL the vet + ASK what the injection was!

4) don't EVER let someone give an injection without *1st* knowing WHAT is being given and WHY

5) get a different vet
