Basic Question

Found an Iguana that I'll be adopting soon. I'm getting the cage with it also. I've been told that the Ig is about 3' long from Nose to tail. But it's cage is about 3 and a half feet wide, about 2 and 1/4 deep and 2 and 3/4 feet tall. I don't know how old the ig is either.... But this sounds pretty small to me. It also has a rug floor. Any comments or suggestions on how I can house this ig better? Any and all are VERY much appreciated. I'll be getting the Ig hopefully some time next week. So the sooner the replies, the better. :) THANKS!
