: Yep, that cage is too small. You can research many cage options online. Building materials can include melamine, wood, linoleum, tiles, hardware cloth, plastic mesh, plexiglass, etc. You can also convert a closet into a cage. Here is a link to a cage we built. You can maybe get some ideas from it if this is a type of cage you would want...there are tons of ideas out there, however. I'll let someone else cover humidity..since I live in FL and it has a high humidity I only mist, give daily baths, and provide a large container of water in his cage.
