I think the point to be taken from all of this (and the earlier thread) is that, yes, some animal protein will not kill your iguana.

That said however, what exactly is "some". That is what no one (litterally!) knows. No offence JP, but the most learned bologists do not know, so obviously no single person on this forum knows either.

Does this mean that we should feed it? Heck NO! Simply because nobody knows how much will harm...nobody knows how much will cause problem, and Travis will agree (I'm sure) that TOO much WILL be a problem.

Bottom line, SOME couldn't hurt, but personally, because we do not know really what "some" means, I would not take that chance with my iguanas.

In the past, yes I have (back when it was "good"), but we have all learned since those days. Just never forget, that undoubtadly in another 10 years or so iguana keepers will look back and think how stupid we were for keeping them as we do currently.
