I agree with Travis, you should be able to get a fecal done anywhere. But our vet was concerned about how bloated iguannut was especially since she had just pooped (all over herself). He said her belly should be about half the size it was and sure enough, she was full of worms. :) Here's a picture. Its not as great a model as I thought it was, but you can sorta see how big around she is. 
**Note how uptight she looks, she thinks I'm going to feed her that yucky medicine again. :)
