I live in Malaysia and there is no vet here specialized in reptiles.

Flavia

Iguannut (I guess when you don't come up with a name right away, whatever you start calling it sticks :) ) went to the vet today and much has been accomplished. First of all, she is a girl. Secondly, she is FULL of worms! This explains the lumps I had mentioned and also the large belly and small legs. Well, the small legs are just from no where to climb and bad diet from before I got her, but the vet did say worms will keep them from growing so...hopefully she'll be big and strong in no time. :) The vet and technician were very pleased with how I am keeping her (thanks to you guys). :) Lastly, I did get to hold her finally. She was fussy, but I just grabbed on and she eventually stopped squirming. :) This is tremendous progress and I feel much more confident now. :) We have to go back in 3 weeks to check her again.

: Oh yeah, on the ride to the vet, she decided she had to poop and so she got poop ALL over herself and was very smelly. They didn't mind, but laughed about it. :) They just reached in and grabbed her, they were GREAT! :)

: Have a great day you guys,
: Shanna
