Just when I thought I'd got it all straightened out. I'm just making the switch from the Mk salad to the Iguana Den diet. However, now I'm worried. Her calcium level is elevated. Vet thinks gravid but shes showing no interest in egging box. Have apt. in 2 weeks and I want an x ray. If her calcium is elevated already, will the Iguana den diet send it through the roof. I've calculated my version of the diet to be a 2.7:1 ca to ph ratio. 941mg Ca and 340mg ph and 17.3g protein. Too high in the calcium dept.? I was taking Kevin's advise of keeping the Ca around 1000mg. But then, maybe thats too much right now...sigh...I'm soooo confused. Just trying to mend a very sick friend.
