The only way it would actually mean anything to me would be if you went there to research iguanas, which you obviously didn't.

So why is it that even you don't feed your iguanas animal protein in vast amounts, or even an equal amount to greens? If the answer is because it's not good for them, then why would you feed something that's not good for them in any amount? It just doesn't make sense.

On a related note, why don't you take a look at Dr. Adam Britan's website, and read what his outlook on animal protein is. He's someone with plenty of experience, and is also someone who has traveled to far off places specifically to research iguanas, so I take stock in what he says, but i'm sure you'll find flaws in even his argument. Please tell how you arrived at your opinion . Exactly how long have you owned and cared for these animals ? How many have you seen in the wild ? How many rangers in south America have you talked to about these animals these are after all the people that deal with these animals every day ?
