THE SURFACE WHERE THE LIGHT CAME OUT THE BULB IS NOT SMOOTH LIKE THE FLOOD I HAD BEFORE..WHAT ABOUT YOURS??? THIS ONE I GOT HAD BUMPS INSTEAD OF SMOOTH SURFACE.
