These are called tectonic plates . They also could have swam there on a log or other such a thing .

There is lots of food on this string of islands . Nobody knows why animals adapt to one particular plant as in the case of marine iguanas . You can also look a the Koala bear in Australia they only eat eucalyptus leaves in yet there is plenty of other food available .

True . They did not simply change what they eat there gut is different from the Green iguana ( iguana iguana ) . There are many more differences then just what they eat .
