The inability to absorb uv ( because they don't like light and tend to stay out of it ) is one reason they do not live long . Also like with most albinos in nature they tend to have other problems to . I only know two people that have had them neither lived passed five . While they may look " neat " why would anybody spend that much money on a animal predisposed to a short life and all the problems they tend to have in that short life .
