you do not need to worry about getting the entire enclosure to 90 degrees just make sure that the ig has a basking spot of 90-95 degrees and try to get the rest of the enclosure to 80. It's not so bad if the floor temp is 75 as long as your ig has a warmer option. (although the rest of the enclosure should'nt be too cold for the ig to make use of).
all i have is 4 ceramic heating lamps on the top of the cage(as well as uvb lighting) and my ig is big and healthy and happy. good luck.
