Hi. Just wanted to stop in and say hi to everyone. Overall Ozzy is doing well. He is still shedding, just shed his belly last night and he is so pretty, very bright green. Ive been spoiling him quite a bit and he is eating like a litte pig. Seems to like cantalope the best. Well my hubby decides he wanted to get Ozzy out last night. Keep in mind Ozzy is only about 14 inches long from his snout to the tip of his tail and very fast. Hubby opens the cage, Ozzy starts running around then climbs hubbys arm, over his shoulder and leaped. LOL Hubby chased Ozzy forever, then lost him. He could not find him anywhere and about destroyed my sons room trying to find him. Well after he looked for about a hour or so I went in to take a turn at looking for Ozzy. Well after about 5 minutes I decided to look in my sons dresser drawers, just a long shot. Well I pulled one out and there sat Ozzy, I swear he had a smile on his face. I just reached over and picked him up without a problem. Really irked my hubby I think. But at least Ozzy is back safe and sound in his cage. It was quite a adventure. I have a diet question for everyone. How necessary is a calcium suppliment? I have some that you sprinkle on his food, well he doesnt like it and wont eat the food with that stuff on it. He is getting a pretty good diet so I wondered how necessary the suppliment was. His salad that i have been giving him consist of Collard greens, mustard greens, green beens, squash, a little carrot and some strawberrys or cantalope whichever I have on hand. He seems to really like this mix of veggies, he is eating twice a day. I swear he has gotten bigger just in the short time I have had him now which I think is about a month. Well I will quit rambling for now. LOL Thanks for listening to me. Tami
