Well if you have a nose rubber, I would not go with that wire cage. If you live in a cold environment where it may be difficult to heat the cage and keep the temps up, I would also not go with that cage. If your ig is in a small cage now, perhaps the bigger cage will stop her from nose rubbing, but it's a chancey decision. Sleestack is better in his big cage, but when he is hyper, he still nose rubs only he cannot hurt himself now that he only rubs on plexiglass.
You really just have to make some tough decisions yourself...it's good you are thinking them out clearly. I spent a lot building our cage, but maybe you don't want to spend that much. The deal is that I know a wire cage is no good for my iguana, plus I find them hard to clean. I have had many cages over the years and learned what I don't like and what doesn't work with each one (some is dependant on your ig's personality). Mine is now melamine and plexi and a bit of hardware cloth on top. You can make one out of wood and plexi cheaper, but wood doesn't clean as easily-- you could put vinyl tiles on it (I've done this before too). There are many creative solutions including using closets or converting entertainment centers into cages...you just have to be logical about the pitfalls of each option. I included a link to my page showing the price breakdown of it. You can do it cheaper by using less plexi, not using melamine, and building ramps/shelves instead of a jungle gym.
My iguana's face has been bashed up enough when someone watched him for me and when he freaks out...I cannot add to his scarring by having any kind of cage that would hurt him further.
Good luck. There is no right or wrong answer, you just have to figure out what you can do and what you want to deal with. Keep us posted.
