When we took our iguana to the vet because we were worried about MBD, it ended up costing over $200. That included the examination, x-rays, blood work, and a prescription.

He is doing better now though, after only a couple weeks. :-) His jaw looks a whole lot better (lower jaw was swollen so it stuck out on the sides), he has more energy and he slowly got his appetite back. So it was definitely worth it.
