Guide to SOME vegetables HIGH in oxalic acid
and those are the ones to avoid as a long term staple, meaning ONLY giving these high oxalate acid foods. (Variety is the keyword) I try not to be freaked out by the latest new Iguana diet info. Ive had my Igs a long time and they're the healthiest chowhounds I know (except for Feo's bout with worms...good thing Feo can't read..he'd be pissed Im telling all his secrets! )Anyway..hope this link helps.
