found a vet

I found a vet close to me that says he has alot of experience with iguanas. So I'm taking him in tommorow.
Floppy isnt looking very good though. I tried to feed him mashed up watery bananas through a syringe. He just spit them out and got really pissed off at me and started hissing. When he was hissing a little bit of blood came out of his mouth. I looked in his mouth and saw that the tip of his tongue is bloody. So Im guessing that is where it is coming from.
Why the heck would his tongue be bleeding??? He lives in my room. I havent seen him eat anything he shouldnt. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
I always see vets giving lethargic animals sugar water. Do you think I should try to give him some sugar water? If so, how should I do it.
