Well you can mist him several times per day and give him baths or just buy a humidifier. This will solve the moisture issue.
As far as the poop, does he still have plenty of urates/liquid? If not, then that could show dehydration. Could he have an impaction where he cannot poop as much? What is his substrate? Do you have a UV light and heat lamp?
One thing that you should work on is diversifying his diet. There are many greens you can give including turnip, collard, mustard greens, dandelion, endive, watercress as well as all types of squash (yellow is okay but not as nutritious as some). Throw in other fresh veggies like peas, green beans, etc. now and then too. A little fruit each day or every other day won't hurt. Some good ones are melon, berries, mango, papaya.
