since he's a juvie + has *you* to take good care of him, it's prob'ly not a BIG deal ~ IF you find out the *cause* of the problem *and* correct it ASAP ...

i'd have a basic blood panel done + find out what his serum calcium:phosphorus level is *and* take in a fresh poop sample to check for parasites ...
