Iguana's come in a variety of colors and patterns. Gali, the juvie, has some brilliant blues on his face. Tarzan has dark colors on his head, and a more drab color on his body, except for on his undersides (belly, underside of arms, legs) that comes with age. Kahlua, has some beautiful pinks on her face.

The blue colors are perfectly normal, and nothing to worry about =)
