Enclosure siding: what to use?

I am planning on building an enclosure (hopefully 8Lx6x3-4 ft) over the summer to use for a green iguana ( ^that^ is big enough, right?) and was wondering whether it would be better to use plywood, panaling, PVC coated screen, or a combination for the sides.
Also, is there any way to put one of those little kiddy pools (ya know, the ones with the little fish or other cartoon characters on the bottom) into an enclosure and not end up with water everywhere when the lizard does a belly flop into the water?
