Nails Trimming

I'm curious to how everyone trims their iguanas nails...procedures and equipment. Me...I use a nail clipper and I clip whenever there is a free chance to clip a nail or two. I also have a cauterizer, I read that it was a nicer way of doing their nails, but in my experience my iguana didnt care for it much..maybe he just has to get used to it.
