As for FULL spectrum...sunlight IS full spectrum...the best you can get.
Sunlight is NOT full spectrium If it was humans could not live on earth .

My iguanas will also have a florescent light in each cage, red or black.
For what ? Neither the black or the red is a good source of UVB or UVA ..
